Leadership and Management in Care NVQ Level 4

Course Summary

A critically advanced course, management orientated, consisting of eight in depth units, four mandatory and four optional and candidate choice, the units are intensely focussed on management roles in care, Candidates are requested to attend college for four hours, once a month. A highly trained assessor will be assigned to each candidate, in order to verify competence by observation, and assist as a support mechanism as required. There is no formal examination, but an in depth portfolio of evidence must be generated and submitted, in order to achieve.

This qualification upgrades to a Level 5 City & Guilds January 2011.
