What will I learn?

The Level 2 in Professional Cookery will provide you with the practical and theoretical expertise on which you can build your career. You will need to be determined and have a willingness to learn.

There are 14 units that need to be undertaken on the course each of these have practical assessments and a knowledge test. This means you can follow the needs of your particular workplace. This will be in the form of a skills scan with your employer.
