What will I learn?

The Level 2 in Food Processing and Cookery will provide you with the practical and theoretical expertise on which you can build your career. You will need to be determined and have a willingness to learn. There are 11 units that need to be undertaken on the course 3 are mandatory, 8 optional units each of these have practical assessments and a knowledge test that follow the needs of your particular workplace. This will be in the form of a skill scan with your employer.

Anybody working in residential homes, nurseries, cafe.
