What will I learn?

The Level 2 in Food and Drink service offers a huge range of skills that you need for a career in food and drink. You will need to be determined and have a willingness to learn. There are 8 units to be undertaken 3 are mandatory, 5 optional units each of these have practical assessments and a knowledge test that follows the needs of your workplace this will be done in the form of a skill scan with your employer.

What are the entry requirements?

Anybody working in hotels, bars and cafes.
