Course Summary
This Level 1 course is designed as a stand-alone certificated qualification, which is aimed at helping workers to develop an appreciation of the nature of stress and to understand its causes and effects.
Stress has long been recognised as a significant workplace hazard. No workplace is devoid of the factors that can cause stress and can potentially cause ill health, absenteeism, an increased number of accidents etc.
This course will enable the student to gain a greater knowledge of the subject and the practical steps that can be taken to reduce the risk.

What are the entry requirements?
This course is completed with a self assessment, and is suitable to everybody, but will be of particular use to those who need to identify stress arising from their jobs or from stress affecting their colleagues, it is suitable for all levels of staff in a business.

Half a day course (9:30am - 12:30pm to 1:30pm - 4:30pm). Flexible date.
