Course Summary

The BPEC Gas Foundation Course is designed to enable individuals to become qualified gas engineers. All gas engineers must have the correct Accredited Certification Scheme (ACS) qualifications. This course prepares you to achieve ACS. The course consists of a mixture of practical and theoretical study and also require you to collect substantial work based evidence.

The BPEC Gas Foundation Course is designed to enable individuals to become qualified gas engineers. All gas engineers must have the correct Accredited Certification Scheme (ACS) qualifications. This course prepares you to achieve ACS. The course consists of a mixture of practical and theoretical study and also requires you to collect substantial work based evidence.

What are the entry requirements?

The course is suited to those who have a reasonable level of industry experience (plumber, plumber's mate etc). All candidates must also have access to work experience alongside a qualified gas engineer, where they can collect evidence required to complete the course.

How much will it cost?

The Gas Foundation course is £1400. Payment plans can be arranged where required.

How long is the course?

The Gas Foundation Course starts on Monday the 26th September and runs for approx 20 weeks (not including College holidays). Attendance is two nights per week, Monday & Tuesday from 6.00 pm to 9,00 pm.
