Ref: WTOCCNJN3
Course Summary
On Site Assessment & Training (OSAT) is the standard industry recognised method of qualifying experienced workers. As the name suggests all assessment and training takes place in the candidate’s place of work, at times and dates to suit both employer and employee.
Based on the delivery of a National Vocational Qualifications (NVQ’s), which are based on the achievement of a range of skills unique to a particular craft or profession, many experienced workers all ready possess the majority skills needed to achieve the NVQ.
The Oldham College have a team of experienced OSAT Assessors, extremely experienced in their specialist areas. The Assessors utilise this expertise to ensure the process is as efficient as possible, minimising disruption while maintaining the highest standards.
The achievement of an NVQ appropriate to your craft or profession will enable you to successfully apply for and obtain (in conjunction with a CSCS Health & Safety test) the correct CSCS Card for your level of ability and skill.
