Course Summary
This course is designed to help learners gain a qualification to prove that they are occupationally competent in managing in the work place.
At the same time they will gain full understanding of the reasons why effective management is vital to all organisations. Learners will work closely with an advisor and assessor who will guide and assist them in building a portfolio of evidence from their work place.
This is a part time course that is tailored to meet all management areas from developing and implementing operational plans for your area of responsibility to developing productive working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
