Funded Projects
The Oldham College has a dedicated funding team which constantly searches for new funding streams to expand our portfolio of funded projects. A list of our current projects can be found below:
Aim Higher (Year 4)
Aimhigher is part of a national initiative to raise levels of participation in higher education.
Our task is to work together to set up a range of activities which will encourage more people to consider entering higher education and help them to succeed in gaining a place.
There is a college based Aimhigher Coordinator dedicated to coordinating and developing Aimhigher at institutional level. A strong communication network for these coordinators exists and is led by the Borough Aimhigher Coordinator. Half term network meetings take place to drive forward cross borough activity, share good practice and prioritise, monitor and evaluate impact of activity.
