The Oldham College Business Centre has successfully secured funding for Leadership and Management courses specifically aimed at SMEs within the *Oldham area.
ILM Team Leading Level 2 Award.
Are you a team worker or an employee with team leading or co-ordinating responsibilities? The course covers team leader roles and responsibilities, Leading people in teams, task fulfilment, communicating with people and skills required for successful team leading.
ILM First Line Management Level 3 Award.
Specifically aimed at First-Line Managers with little or no formal training. The course covers problem solving skills, planning change, coaching, minimising stress, using information for decision making, understanding customers and identifying self development needs.

The funding for both of these courses is limited to commencing a course prior to 31st March 2008. Awarding body, registration and exam fees are not covered. *Companies must be registered at an address with a postcode beginning OL1 to OL9 and have less than 250 employees.
