"Geoffrey Beech & Co is a small firm of accountants based in Ashton-under-Lyne that offers a full range of audit and taxation services. It would have been difficult to accommodate the traditional learning model with staff being off-site whilst gaining qualifications.
The Oldham College discussed the Train to Gain programme with Geoffrey Beech & Co which allows employees minimum disruption in their day to day roles as most of the learning takes place at their own premises, with regular visits from the Learner’s personal tutor.
“Everyone was delighted when Jane said she wanted to take a course in business administration. Almost every employee at Geoffrey Beech & Co is studying in some way and as an employer we definitely encourage personal development at all levels throughout the firm. We find The Oldham College very easy to work with; they offer a professional and flexible service via their Train to Gain programme and we would definitely use them again for training.” John Noble, for Geoffrey Beech & Co
